Job Description

Join AAA Travel as a Virtual Travel Itinerary Planner and become an essential part of our mission to deliver extraordinary travel experiences. In this 100% remote role, you will leverage your creativity, destination knowledge, and customer service skills to design personalized travel itineraries that cater to the unique preferences and needs of our diverse clientele. From exotic international adventures to relaxing domestic getaways, you will be responsible for crafting detailed plans, booking accommodations, transportation, and activities, and ensuring every aspect of the trip is perfectly coordinated. Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities tailored to client needs.
  • Design comprehensive, personalized travel itineraries, including detailed day-by-day plans.
  • Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, cruises, and other travel components using various booking systems.
  • Provide expert advice on travel requirements, visas, vaccinations, and local customs.
  • Manage client communications, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving any issues before, during, and after travel.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
  • Stay current with travel industry trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions.

Required Skills
