Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Junior Intern to join our Human Resources team in Adelaide. This paid corporate internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will support various HR functions, learn about talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, and contribute to projects that enhance our workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing welcome packs and coordinating initial inductions.
- Support in scheduling interviews and meetings for recruitment initiatives.
- Help organize and coordinate HR-related events and training sessions.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as directed, such as policy updates or employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other HR documents.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR specialist.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
