Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Agent Assistant to support our busy entertainment agents at our Gold Coast office. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our talent division, involving direct support to agents in managing client schedules, coordinating auditions, handling communications, and maintaining comprehensive client files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules for agents and their talent roster.
  • Coordinate and schedule auditions, meetings, and travel arrangements for clients.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, agreements, and other professional documents.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, casting directors, and industry professionals.
  • Organize and maintain client files, databases, and submissions.
  • Assist with research, market analysis, and identification of new talent opportunities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
  • Process expense reports and manage petty cash as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
