Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Hilton Surfers Paradise. This is a full-time position offering steady work in a supportive and professional environment. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of clean, fresh linen and towels for our hotel operations, directly impacting guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Sort all soiled linen and towels according to type and color.
- Operate commercial washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Fold, stack, and store clean linen and towels neatly in designated areas.
- Perform quality checks on all laundered items to ensure cleanliness and proper condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry room environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
