Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated Voice Pickers to join our dynamic team at the Canning Vale Distribution Centre. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity to play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that store orders are picked accurately and efficiently using state-of-the-art voice technology. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products using voice-activated picking systems.
- Operate manual and/or powered pallet jacks safely (training provided if needed).
- Meet daily picking targets and productivity standards.
- Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere strictly to all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions accurately.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre setting.
- Experience with voice picking technology.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Current forklift license (LF) or experience operating other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
