No prior experience with wiper installation is required; we provide comprehensive training! As an Assistant, you will support our expert staff in ensuring customers receive efficient and accurate windshield wiper service, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and store success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the selection of appropriate windshield wiper blades for their vehicles.
- Perform accurate and efficient installation of windshield wiper blades on various vehicle makes and models under supervision.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, answering customer questions about wiper products and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized installation bay and work area.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during installations.
- Assist with inventory management related to wiper products, including stocking and reordering.
- Support general store operations as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
