Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chiropractor to join our thriving wellness centre in North Lakes. This full-time, on-site role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about spinal health, patient education, and delivering high-quality, personalized care. The successful candidate will integrate seamlessly into our professional team, contributing to our mission of empowering patients to live healthier, more vibrant lives through comprehensive chiropractic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized chiropractic treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and various manual therapies effectively and safely.
- Educate patients on proper posture, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications for long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient records in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the centre for integrated patient care.
- Actively participate in clinic meetings, professional development, and community outreach events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Chiropractic (or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Chiropractor
- Proficiency in a broad range of chiropractic adjustment techniques
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in specific chiropractic techniques (e.g., SOT, Activator, Dry Needling)
- Experience with specialized patient populations (e.g., paediatric, sports injuries, pregnancy)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong patient base
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to clinic growth and community engagement
