Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly energetic individuals to join our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. As part of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are meticulously cleaned to meet the highest standards for new tenants, often under tight deadlines. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough deep cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and appliances, to a professional standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all designated areas.
- Remove cobwebs and address any specific cleaning requirements for end-of-lease agreements.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes.
Required Skills
- High level of energy and physical fitness, capable of prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
