Job Description
As a Production Trainee, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, learning various aspects of food production from start to finish. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art machinery, quality control procedures, and safe operational practices, all under the guidance of experienced professionals. This full-time contract role offers comprehensive training and a clear pathway for professional growth for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Support general production tasks, including packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Actively participate in training sessions and learn new processes and skills.

- No prior experience required – full training will be provided!

Preferred Qualifications

- A valid driver's license and reliable transport to our Gosford facility.
