Job Description

Harmony Haven Senior Living is seeking an Entry Level Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and leading engaging activities. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a diverse range of recreational activities for residents.
  • Lead group activities such as games, crafts, music, gentle exercise, and social events.
  • Provide one-on-one interaction and engagement with residents, adapting activities to individual needs and preferences.
  • Help set up and clean up activity areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Encourage resident participation and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Document resident participation and observations as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive care environment.
