Job Description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our Dandenong team for three days per week. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from managing correspondence and scheduling to maintaining office supplies and assisting with data entry. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
