Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, adhering to bank procedures and security guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support branch goals.
