Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and organized individual to join our team as a Wealth Management Receptionist in our Chandler office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a polished demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to begin a career in a corporate financial environment. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this pivotal role, allowing you to learn the foundational operations of a premier wealth management firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for wealth advisors
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area and common spaces
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Provide administrative support to the wealth management team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about our services

Required Skills
