Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and upsell specials.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
