Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Glass Collector to join the team at Electric Avenue Nightclub. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will be crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our bar areas, ensuring a smooth operation and an enjoyable environment for our patrons. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting empty glasses, bottles, and other waste from bar tops, tables, and designated areas.
- Ensuring bar areas are clear and tidy throughout the night.
- Transporting collected items to dishwashing stations or recycling bins efficiently.
- Assisting bar staff with stocking supplies and general tidiness as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and loud environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry multiple glasses and bins.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role (not mandatory but a plus).
- Familiarity with nightclub operations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
