Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Campground / RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant KOA location in Austin, Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional looking to make a significant impact in a thriving outdoor recreation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of park management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the campground, including guest registration, reservations, and customer service.
- Supervise, train, and schedule campground staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee park maintenance, ensuring grounds, facilities, and amenities are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cash handling, and expense control.
- Implement and enforce park rules and regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate and promote recreational activities and events for guests.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and retail merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency (reservation software, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and oversee maintenance staff.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in campground, RV park, hotel, or resort management.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of RVs, camping equipment, and outdoor recreational activities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
