Job Description
Join the Wilson Parking team as a Car Park Attendant in Ballarat! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking casual work and looking to kickstart a career in the parking services industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car park facilities, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, payment issues, and general information.
- Monitor car park security and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Perform routine checks of equipment, including ticketing machines and boom gates, and report faults.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the car park facility.
- Manage vehicle flow and direct customers to available parking spaces during peak times.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
