Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct event attendees to their designated seating or areas.
- Scan tickets, verify credentials, and manage entry and exit points efficiently.
- Provide clear information and assistance regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Monitor crowd flow and venue security, identifying and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure venue compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Assist with basic setup and pack-down tasks as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
