Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Tweed Coast Auto Spa as a Casual Car Detailer! We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to assist with comprehensive vehicle cleaning and detailing during morning shifts, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering sparkling results. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, making this an ideal role for those looking to start their career in the automotive detailing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuum interiors, clean windows, dashboards, and other interior surfaces.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings as required.
- Clean and shine wheels and tires.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality prior to handover.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use detailing equipment responsibly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work morning shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning or a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing or detailing (not essential, but a plus).
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and their applications.
