Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct guests to their cinemas and seats.
- Ensure cinema cleanliness before, during, and after screenings.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor movie screenings to maintain an enjoyable atmosphere.
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Assist with crowd control and emergency procedures if necessary.
- Prepare auditoriums for the next screening by clearing rubbish and tidying seats.
