Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Admin Support professional to join our team for part-time day shifts in Coventry. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and welcoming operation of our clinic, serving as the first point of contact for our patients. You will manage administrative tasks, patient interactions, and support our clinical staff. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Process patient registrations, updates, and billing information.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, including preparing documents and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming.
  • Manage clinic supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
