Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Shop Assistant in Cheltenham! This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, from preparing delicious beverages to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for those looking to start a career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies, to Caffè Nero standards.
- Operate till systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee shop, including seating areas, work surfaces, and equipment.
- Assist with restocking inventory, managing deliveries, and ensuring all products are fresh and available.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and food hygiene regulations meticulously.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
