Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Shop Team Member and become an essential part of the Starbucks experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for people and a willingness to learn the art of coffee. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This role offers flexible shifts, making it ideal for those seeking to balance work with other commitments. You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring our store is sparkling clean, and providing friendly, efficient service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks' high standards.
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, service areas, and seating areas.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, anticipating their needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
