Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. This role focuses primarily on ground-level window cleaning for various commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy working outdoors, finishing early, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Full training will be provided, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ground-level window cleaning for commercial buildings, retail units, and other properties using traditional methods.
- Operate and maintain specialist window cleaning equipment, ensuring it is kept in good working order.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and the public.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within allocated timeframes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and maintain schedules.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driving license (desirable, but not essential for all routes).
