Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Concert Merchandise Seller in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, part-time role primarily involving evening and weekend shifts during live concert events. As a Merchandise Seller, you will be the face of our artists’ brands, interacting directly with fans, promoting and selling official merchandise, and accurately handling cash and card transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down merchandise booths efficiently before and after events.
- Actively engage with concert-goers, promoting and selling a variety of artist merchandise.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display throughout the event.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the team lead.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering fan questions about merchandise and events.
- Reconcile sales and cash at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols and safety guidelines.
Required Skills

- Basic mathematical skills for sales reconciliation.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
