Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart a career in the trades? BMD Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Patching Assistants in Ballarat. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. We provide all necessary tools and comprehensive on-the-job training to help you develop valuable skills in concrete repair and finishing. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced concrete patchers and finishers with various tasks.
  • Prepare surfaces for concrete application, including cleaning and minor demolition.
  • Mix and apply concrete patching materials under supervision.
  • Help with the finishing and curing of concrete surfaces.
  • Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Transport materials and equipment as required.
