Job Description

This is an immediate start opportunity for individuals who are committed, reliable, and eager to learn the trade. Full training will be provided to ensure you gain the skills needed to excel in concrete work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled concreters with all aspects of concrete pouring and finishing.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up forms.
- Mix, transport, and pour concrete using various tools and equipment.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Perform general labouring duties as required on site.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for demanding manual labour.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctual and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction or manual labour role (though not essential, as full training is provided).
- A valid UK driving license.
- CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or willingness to obtain one.
