Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated Construction Labourers for casual day shifts on various projects within Kirkdale and the wider Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work within the construction industry. You will support site operations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to safety standards. A valid CSCS White Card is essential for this role. While previous construction experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who are physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to working safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradespersons (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with tasks as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including waste removal.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
- Perform general site duties, such as fetching materials and mixing concrete.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site-specific rules.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to site management promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid CSCS White Card (mandatory).
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Basic understanding of construction site environments.
