Job Description

Join NAB as a Contact Centre Consultant in our Mount Gambier team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding NAB's banking products and services.
  • Guide customers through various digital banking processes and self-service options.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers further by understanding their financial needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
