Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Cosmetics Factory Hand. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in manufacturing, specifically within the cosmetics industry. The role involves light, clean work within our state-of-the-art production facility in Mildura. Full on-the-job training will be provided, so no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and packaging of various cosmetic products according to production schedules.
- Perform visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Support inventory management through basic stock movement, counting, and replenishment tasks.
- Operate light machinery and equipment after receiving comprehensive training.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently, particularly those related to product quality and workplace safety.
Required Skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good basic communication skills.
- Capable of performing light physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 5kg).
