Job Description

HubSpot is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating HubSpot’s brand identity across all touchpoints, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring a cohesive visual and narrative experience for our global audience. You will mentor a talented team, foster a culture of creativity and excellence, and translate complex marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold HubSpot's brand visual and verbal identity standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all creative projects, from digital campaigns to product launches and events.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually innovate our creative output.
  • Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, award-winning campaigns.
  • Expertise in branding, graphic design, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentorship.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a global brand.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's products and inbound marketing methodology.
  • Experience in video production and motion graphics direction.
