Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start a career in hospitality without needing any prior experience? Costa Coffee in Leamington Spa is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Crew Members. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. This is a fantastic entry-level role where full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including our signature coffees, to Costa's high standards.
- Handle food items, including sandwiches, pastries, and cakes, ensuring freshness and proper display.
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and resolving any queries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment, including tables, counters, and serving areas.
- Operate the till system, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and deliveries as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
