Job Description

Chase Bank is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for an Entry Level Customer Service Desk Assistant position at our Scottsdale branch. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers to the bank branch with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries, account information, and transaction support.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate banking specialists for more complex needs.
  • Provide information on bank products and services, referring interested customers to sales teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service desk area.
  • Handle and resolve minor customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process basic transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security regulations.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
