Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in customer service? Chase Bank is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for an Entry Level Customer Service Desk Assistant position at our Scottsdale branch. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure your success. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of the banking industry, develop valuable skills, and grow with a leading financial institution. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly and efficient service, and guiding them through their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the bank branch with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, account information, and transaction support.
- Direct customers to the appropriate banking specialists for more complex needs.
- Provide information on bank products and services, referring interested customers to sales teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service desk area.
- Handle and resolve minor customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process basic transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security regulations.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
