Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Coles in Bunbury as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in Retail and Logistics. This pivotal role involves providing outstanding support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries related to retail products, stock availability, order tracking, and delivery schedules. This is a full-time position offering the convenience of weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products, orders, and logistics.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide real-time updates on order status, delivery timelines, and potential delays.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effectiveness, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and store teams to gather information and coordinate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist with inventory inquiries and stock checks as required.
