Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to their homes.
- Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery point, resolving queries professionally.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and use hand-held devices accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic checks of your delivery vehicle.
Required Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Physical ability to lift and carry groceries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with the local Greater Manchester area.
