Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team at The Paragon Hotel Goulburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, full-time role in hospitality. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand when necessary.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen floors and sinks.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
- Support other kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
