Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing real-time support, assistance, and guidance to our customers through live chat channels. You will be the frontline support, helping customers with product inquiries, order status, troubleshooting, and general assistance, ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate support for a wide range of inquiries.
