Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion and love helping people look and feel their best? Cotton On is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Retail Shop Host to join our team in Wagga Wagga. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves high street fashion and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. As a Retail Shop Host, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with styling, and ensuring our store looks impeccable. No prior experience in fashion retail? No problem! We believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with all customers, creating a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management
- Educate customers about current promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 10kg)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
- A genuine interest in high street fashion and brand knowledge
