Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Strategy Consultant to join our Corporate Strategy team in Whyalla. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with limited professional experience to embark on a career in management consulting. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants on diverse projects, helping clients solve their most critical strategic challenges. Full training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in conducting market research and industry analysis.
- Gather and analyze data to support strategic recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Participate in client workshops and interviews.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and models.
- Support project management activities, including scheduling and coordination.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate strategy.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career in consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies.
