Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a major retail e-commerce platform. You will support the e-commerce operations team in managing product listings, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service processes, contributing directly to the smooth running of our online business. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily management of product listings, including uploading product information, images, and descriptions.
  • Support inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels across all online channels.
  • Monitor and track customer orders, assisting with order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
  • Help resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product information through various channels.
  • Participate in testing new e-commerce features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the analysis of e-commerce performance data and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and IT.
  • Maintain operational documentation and support administrative tasks as needed.
