Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a motivated E-commerce Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of retail e-commerce, contributing to the seamless execution of online sales and customer satisfaction. You will support various aspects of our e-commerce platform, from product listing management to order fulfillment processes, learning directly from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of e-commerce product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Support the coordination of online order fulfillment, including tracking, logistics, and customer communication.
- Help monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement in user experience.
- Participate in inventory management activities related to online stock levels.
- Conduct market research to identify e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams on new feature rollouts and promotional campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the E-commerce Operations team as needed.
