Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior E-learning Developer to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, education, and creating engaging digital learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers and senior developers to bring learning content to life, contributing to the development of cutting-edge e-learning modules and interactive resources. Full training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of e-learning courses and modules using authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to understand learning objectives and translate them into interactive content.
  • Implement multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video into e-learning modules.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing of e-learning content to ensure functionality and accessibility.
  • Provide technical support for e-learning platforms and content as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging e-learning technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and multimedia formats.

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
