Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team at The Lamb Inn. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue and promote the hotel.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality across all hotel services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met and maintained.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with revenue management and digital marketing in the hospitality sector.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing staff training programs.
