Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team at The Lamb Inn. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record in managing high-end boutique establishments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue and promote the hotel.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality across all hotel services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met and maintained.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with revenue management and digital marketing in the hospitality sector.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing staff training programs.
