Job Description

You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to diagnose, maintain, and repair our state-of-the-art electric vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance and inspections of EV fleet vehicles.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric vehicles.
  • Participate in hands-on training for EV component repair and replacement, including battery systems, charging infrastructure, and electric motors.
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities under supervision.
  • Develop a strong understanding of EV technology and diagnostic tools.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized workshop environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong passion for automotive technology and a keen interest in electric vehicles.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or demonstrable interest in hands-on work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Valid UK Driving License (or willingness to obtain one upon starting).

Preferred Qualifications
