Job Description
Join our dedicated team as an Eviction Clean-Out Crew Member. This physically demanding role involves the thorough cleaning, clearing, and removal of contents from residential and commercial properties following evictions or tenant departures. You will be responsible for preparing properties for new occupants, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role requires significant heavy lifting, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. We offer competitive daily pay for your hard work and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour to remove furniture, appliances, and personal belongings.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Sort and dispose of items responsibly, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Handle items with care and respect, even if discarded.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on job sites.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labour, moving, or cleaning services.
- Full UK driving license.
- Knowledge of waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- First Aid certification.
