Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on a diverse range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting components accurately.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet specified standards and tolerances.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a TIG and MIG Welder in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrable ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.
