Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Factory Production Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing with no prior experience required. This role involves working rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines or conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
