We provide full, paid training from day one, equipping you with all the knowledge and skills needed to become a certified pest control expert. A company van will be provided for your daily routes. Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training to become a licensed Pest Control Technician.
- Learn to identify various pests, their habitats, and effective treatment methods.
- Apply pesticides safely and effectively according to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage a daily route, providing pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining services and answering questions.
- Maintain and organize company-provided equipment and vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork and service reports accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments (indoors/outdoors).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a comprehensive training program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience (any field).
