Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card payments using our point-of-sale system
- Prepare food items, beverages, and desserts according to McDonald's standards
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters
- Assist with stocking inventory and keeping work areas tidy
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
