Job Description
Join our vibrant team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for an exciting summer season! We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to be the first point of contact for festival-goers, ensuring smooth and efficient entry into our events. This temporary role is perfect for students, individuals looking for summer work, or anyone eager to contribute to the local arts and culture scene. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify tickets and issue wristbands/accreditations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering attendee questions with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage entry points, ensuring only authorized personnel and ticket holders gain access.
- Assist with crowd management and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Handle cash and electronic payments for walk-up sales if required, following established procedures.
- Troubleshoot minor accreditation issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
